I enjoyed my stay in the spacious King Room with Sofa Bed, which was clean and modern. The staff, especially Connor at the front desk, provided excellent service that made us feel welcome. Additionally, the location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. One improvement could be the breakfast area, which lacked sufficient accessible seating.

Clean room, attentive staff, great breakfast.

Connor at the front desk made up for it with his patience and helpfulness. The hotel's location is ideal, directly across from a popular outlet mall and surrounded by various dining options. However, raw fish dishes on the menu did not appeal to us, and the overall dining experience could be improved.

The holiday decorations gave the hotel such a warm atmosphere! I felt so welcomed walking in with the lovely lights and festive touches, especially enjoying the cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby, a delightful treat.
